Nelson Otwoma
Nelson Otwoma is a Social Scientist with over 20 years’ experience in the public sector, mainly working with civil society and affected communities.
As the Director of NEPHAK, he works to provide professional, accountable, committed and strategic leadership for the communities’ voice and visibility.
Nelson has deep understanding of the health programming policies and procedures as well as in-depth knowledge in public health systems, community systems strengthening. He has hands-on experience in the M&E systems, including Community-led Monitoring. He sits in a number of national platforms, including TWGs, COEs and Task Forces put in place by the Ministry of health to improve community health.
He is the link between the NEPHAK Board and the management and also responsible for fostering partnership and relationships.

Linet is a Project Management and Community Development professional with over 15 years’ experience leading health and livelihoods programmes across Kenya and the East African region. She has extensive expertise in partnership management, resource mobilization, and capacity building to strengthen community systems and promote inclusive development. .

Caroline Gatimu
A solution-oriented Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional, IT, Data, and Knowledge Management Specialist with over 15 years of experience in data management and governance. Skilled in enhancing data quality within digital transformation processes and in developing and implementing comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks. Brings over 9 years of experience monitoring and evaluating PEPFAR/CDC-funded HIV/TB programs at program level, and 3 years of experience implementing and managing diverse Information Systems.
